Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in structural design and on-site project execution

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD , STAAD Pro , and Revit for structural analysis and drafting

  • Thorough knowledge of IS codes , NBC standards, and local building regulations

  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with architects, contractors, and regulatory bodies

Responsibility

  • Oversee end-to-end structural design for residential projects across Kompally and Gowdavelli

  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction aligns with approved drawings and specifications

  • Review and approve material test reports, RCC mix designs, and soil investigation data

  • Coordinate with the Project Manager to resolve on-site technical challenges within agreed timelines

  • Prepare detailed quantity estimates and BOQs for structural elements

  • Ensure all work complies with National Building Code guidelines and RERA documentation requirements
