Key Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering

  2. Candidate should have Experience 7-8 Yrs. in relevant industry with Highrise residential experience

  3. Should have strong knowledge on CAD, MS Project & STAAD Pro

  4. Must have the knowledge on IS codes & NBC (National Building Codes)

  5. Good Communications skills and Cordial relations with PM, Engineers, Consultants, Architects & Contractors

Responsibilities:

  1. Knowledge in preparation of tender documents such as General condition of contracts, Special condition of contacts, Rate analysis and Bill of quantities

  2. Good knowledge in freezing of different types of contracts

  3. Preparation of work orders to vendors/consultants/contractors

  4. Verify and Process the bills from vendors/consultants/contractors

  5.  Budgetary estimates based on Conceptual /schematic drawings

  6.  Preparation of Detailed estimates including bills of quantities of complete residential project

  7. Co-ordination with all departments in finalization of specifications With respect to  allocated budget

  8.  Preparation of Rate analysis for all construction related items as per the SSR norms

  9. Co-ordination with purchase & other departments in finalization of market rates of the materials

  10.  Prepare the bills from vendors/consultants /contractors and work orders to them

  11.  Project Schedule tracking and monitor the progress with respect to master construction schedule

  12. Feasibility study and Cost Analysis of New construction technologies
